BIO

Bob has over 25 years of business experience, including several roles in multifamily brokerage and acquisitions since 2004. His exposure to both the brokerage and acquisition side of multifamily transactions enables him to offer a compelling perspective to multifamily principals. Bob started his real estate career with Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix. After successfully brokering several multifamily transactions, Bob acquired apartments as the Southwest Director of Acquisitions for Venterra Realty (Houston, TX). Prior to co-founding Beacon, Bob was servicing clients at ORION Investment Real Estate and through Nascent Ventures, his business and real estate consulting company. Bob has held several financial and strategic leadership positions outside of the real estate industry. While learning operational aspects of business as an auditor and consultant with Ernst and Young in New York City, he became a Certified Public Accountant. After graduate school, Bob worked at Intel Corp. as a Strategic Analyst and Investment Manager within Intel Capital, the company’s venture capital division. Throughout his career, Bob has delivered outstanding client services through high integrity, excellent communication, and the creation of effective solutions. Bob graduated from Boston College with a degree in Accounting and earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. In addition to being a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker, Bob is a licensed CPA in New York and Arizona. Bob grew up in the New York metropolitan area and has resided in Arizona since 1996. He currently lives in Chandler with his wife and son.
